1. About these terms

This website (mywowgroup.in) is operated by WOW Freedom ("the Club", "we"), a members-only couples events club based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By using this site, becoming a member, or registering for an event, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership

• Membership costs ₹2,500 per couple per year and gives access to the Club's events calendar — each event is then priced and paid for separately.
• Membership is for the named couple and is not transferable.
• The Club may accept or decline membership applications at its discretion.

3. Event bookings

• Each event shows its price at registration (couple / single, with any dinner options). The amount you owe is confirmed with your Booking ID (WF-xxx).
• A booking is confirmed once its payment is received and confirmed by the organizers or the payment gateway.
• Events have limited capacity — confirmed bookings are taken in the order payments arrive.

4. Tickets & entry

• Every confirmed booking gets a personal QR entry ticket. Present it at the door — one entry per ticket.
• Keep your ticket link private; anyone with the link can display your QR.
• Entry may be refused if a ticket cannot be verified or has already been used.

5. Payments

• Online payments are processed by Razorpay via secure payment links — UPI, cards, and netbanking are supported.
• The Club will never ask for your card PIN, CVV, or OTP on a call or in chat. Payment details are entered only on Razorpay's secure page.
• Payment confirmations are issued by the organizers or automatically by the payment gateway.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Conduct

WOW Freedom events are social evenings for member couples. The organizers may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disrespectful to other guests, staff, or the venue — in such cases the event fee is not refunded. Venue rules apply at all events.

8. Liability

You attend events at your own responsibility. The Club is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings at venues. To the extent permitted by law, the Club's liability for any claim connected to an event is limited to the amount you paid for that event.

9. Site content

The WOW Freedom name, wordmark, and the content of this site belong to the Club and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes, law & contact

We may update these terms from time to time — the current version always lives at this address. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction. Questions? See our Contact Us page.
